Cigre events
There are no special Cigre events that C2 will engage in until 2011. For 2010, C2 will hold a technical meeting and a poster session during the 2010 Paris Session. The poster session will be held on August 26, the Technical Meeting will be held on August 27. The Sutdy Committee's annual meeting meeting will be held on August 25.
In 2011, C2 will hold a symposium jointly with C1 and C4, titled "Assessing and Improving Power System Security, Reliability and Performance in Light of Changing Energy Sources" on April 3-6, in Recife, Brazil. It is expected that a number of C2 work groups as well as the Study Committee itself will hold meetings during that week. Another worth noting event is the International Symposium organized by the CIGRÉ Technical Committee and the Italian CIGRÉ National Committee, to be held on September 13-15, 2011 in Bologna, Italy.
