The SCC2 currently consists of a Chairman, a Secretary, 24 National Members and 12 National Observers.

The 36 constituents of the SC come from Utilities (25), Universities/Institutes (6), Regulators (2) and from Consultants and Others (3).

They come from Europe (21), Asia/Oceania (6), South/North America (6) and Africa (3).
